DTM Boer Goats
DTM Boer Goats maintains a small American Boer Goat Association registered herd of the highest quality boer goats. At DTM Boer goats, we focus on raising excellent percentage and fullblood boer goats that will make great brood and show stock for any size operation. We focus mainly on traditional boer goats but do have a small number of paints and reds in our herd. Our doe base consists of genetics from many well-known breeders from around the country, including MAX Boer Goats, Able Acres Boer Goats, Old National Road Boer Goats, and Rebel Ridge Boer Goats. By selectively breeding and crossing different genetic lines, we are able to produce top notch animals sure to suit your interests.
One of our main objectives when breeding is to produce animals that excel in both the show ring and in the barn. We strive to raise boer goats that have the eye appeal and the structural correctness to dominate in the show ring. Not only do our animals have the characteristics of a show animal, they also are great producers. We feel that mothering abilities and feed conversion are too important to overlook in a herd and breed to have these characteristics passed on to the offspring.
DTM Boer Goats maintains a small but very competitive show string that we take to several shows each year across the Northeast. For our small size, we have had many class winners and big wins in the past few years, including 2007 Pennsylvania Farm Show Overall Grand Champion Percentage Doe and Overall Grand Champion Fullblood Doe, and most recently the overall Grand Champion Percentage Doe at the 2009 Empire State Boer Goat Show.

Stahl's Plants and Produce
Hi. Welcome to Stahl's!
We are a seasonal roadside farm market located on SR 61 1 mi. N. of the intersection with Rt. 487 and 1 mi. S. of Ghezzi's resturant. We are approximately 7 miles from Knoebel's Amusement Park, and are open seasonally from May through mid-December.
We begin our season with our greenhouse grown plants, selling perennials in several different container sizes and maturity levels. As the weather warms we add pansies with pizazz and cold tolerant annuals. By the time we are in full swing we offer a full line of bedding plants including awesome annuals, pleasing perennials, colorful containers, and beautiful baskets.
With the arrival of June, strawberries become our main focus. We provide picked berries on the market stand as well as open the field for a UPick experience. No charge for the tasting along the way! We offer 6-8 different varieties, so be sure to try them all. Though the field is open most days it is wise to call ahead to determine the field conditions and berry availability.
By mid July much of our own fresh fruits and vegetables become available. We sell sweet cherries, peaches, plums, pears, apricots, and apples from our orchard on Mile Hill in Sunbury. Many common vegetable crops are offered. As fall approaches we offer our fresh sweet cider a local favorite that is sold from mid September until we run out of apples.
My husband George and I started the farm in 1991 and over the years have added 2 boys who are now old enough to help with the business. We do hope you will stop by and introduce yourself, browse the greenhouse and market stand and perhaps even find something to take home with you. Discover the FRESHNESS EDGE as most of our produce is picked fresh daily.
Don't be a stranger!
For all the Stahls,
Priscilla

We also provide free boughs for decorating if you want them, free tree baling if needed, and, of course, free candy canes and hot chocolate. We also will provide as much info about the various types of trees as you desire.
