Clover Creek Cheese Cellar, LLC
We are a family farm located on scenic Clover Creek in Central Pennsylvania. Our farm is 126 acres of pasture and woods. We milk 60-80 Milking Shorthorn, Jersey, Ayrshire, and cross-bred cattle, rotating them to fresh pasture at least after each milking. We milk in a New Zealand style swing parlor, and the whole family (Dad, Mom and 5 children) is involved in the operation. We plan on the cows calving in March and April and eating the majority of their ration as pasture. In the winter they are fed grass hay. We sell raw milk from the farm and grass-fed beef.
We built our own cheese plant in 2007 and now have our own farmstead artisan raw milk cheeses for sale. Our cheese is not another push button cheese. Each vat is filled slowly, using a stainless steel pipeline direct from the milking area as the cows are being milked. Cultures are then carefully added and the milk is gently stirred by hand, not beaten by stainless steel paddles. After the right amount of time, rennet is added following the age old tradition of making great farmstead cheese. After coagulation, the curds are quickly cut, allowed to rest and heal, and then gently stirred by hand. The curds are eventually packed into molds and pressed by hanging weights for the allotted time. Cheeses are then aged in one of our climate-controlled cellars, on locally grown sugar maple shelving. Instead of suffocating them in plastic, they grow a natural rind that gives additional character and flavor to the cheese. At just the right time, we remove them, package them, and sell them to discriminating customers. Welcome to the taste and quality of true farmstead artisan cheese! We hope you enjoy our cheese as much as we enjoy making it!
Our cheese varieties include:
Galen's Good Old ~ our own Gouda style
Smoked Galen's ~ our own smoked Gouda
Tussey Mountain ~ our Emmanthaler Swiss
Royer Mountain ~ our Alpine style
Clover ~ our cellar-aged mild cheddar
Four Leaf Clover ~ our cellar aged mature cheddar
Bruschedda ~ our basil, garlic, and dried tomato cheddar
Uncle Joe's ~ our own style washed with white wine
Winemaker's Select ~ our own style soaked in Cabernet Sauvignon
Wild Mt. Mushroom ~ our morel mushroom and ramp flavored cheese
Pirate Blue ~ our blue cheese
Alpha & Omega ~ our Greek-style cheese
Cheese can be sent through USPS or UPS during cool weather. Check out our website for pictures of our cheese and monthly updates from the farm!

Maple Bottom Farm
Maple Bottom Farm is operated by the Ansell and Baker families of Scottdale, PA. Maple Bottom Farm is part of the Ansell Acres story. Ansell Acres was purchased by Larry and Susan Ansell from Martin and Hilda Ansell (Larry’s parents), and they took over the family dairy operation. Larry and Susan continue to operate the family farm and Susan also teaches high school for the Southmoreland School District. The two of them had four children: Victoria, Jane, Jeffery, and Larry “Chip”. In 2003, Larry purchased part of a second farm from his father Martin. This eighty acres was located one mile from the home farm and was part of 130 acres that was divided by Hornertown Rd. Known as “The Bottom” (because it was located on the lower side of the road), this parcel was also the location that Martin made sweet maple syrup each spring. Vickie’s love for growing flowers and her desire to operate her own business lead her to plant the flowers in 2004. She selected Maple Bottom Farm as her business’ name to commemorate the family’s traditions. Maple Bottom Farm grew it’s first mums in 2004. we are not currently offering mums for sale.
Vickie and Mike Baker were married July 3, 2006 and purchased the dairy herd November 1, 2006 from her parents. We are a 70 cow dairy that milks all 7 breeds of dairy cattle. 4H show calves are available from each breed. They also have several horses (AQHA)and have a few foals for sale each year. An additional farm was purchased in 2008 by Vickie and Mike and they house dry cows and bred heifers at this facility. In December 2015, Vickie and Mike purchased the Rumbaugh Farm in Dawson, PA and began construction of a new dairy facility. They have installed a DeLaval VMS robot to milk their cows. On farm InVitro Fertilization lab will be open beginning late 2016. Please visit our website for more information www.maplebottomfarm.com or Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/MapleBottomFarm

Stump Busters owners, brother and sister, Kelly and Ed Joyce, started the stump removal business as a way to support their growing families. We strive to give our customers the best prices on stump grinding in Media and will always beat our competitors prices due to our low overhead and discount options. Delaware County has been our home for over 30 years and we have been servicing residents and business owners of Delaware County since March 2006. We spend a lot of time removing stumps in Delco and know the area well. Since our company is based out of Delaware County, PA, we can be at your location to grind your stumps within 15-30 minutes.
Why do we have the best stump removal prices? We quote most of our jobs via text, e-mail, or phone, which allows us to save time and money by driving out to your location to quote a job. Media residents have chosen Stump Busters over most of our competitors due to our competitive edge with pricing and our strong ties to the Delaware County community.
Stump Busters only does stump removal, we don’t do tree or shrub removal; therefore, we can offer Delaware County residents the dedicated time it takes to remove a stump accurately and efficiently. We are the leading tree stump removing company in Delaware County and the entire PA tri-state area. Our business ethics started back in 2001 with our first company, Equip Seller, which is the largest heavy equipment company in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey. We have taken the customer service and business skills that we learned through operating Equip Seller to Stump Busters to make sure that your experience with us is a great one. To learn more about our other business, Equip Seller, please visit www.equipseller.com.
Stump Busters wants to partner with the residents of Delaware County to make your beautiful town stump free!

Established in 1969, Fahracres Kennels is a small, family-run dog boarding kennel set in 475 acres of woodlands, adjacent to the family home. The kennel is an indoor/outdoor facility; dogs have 24-hour access to individual, very long outdoor runs for exercise. The indoors is heated during colder weather. In the individual indoor areas, the dogs have a bedboard and water at all times. Iams dog food is fed twice daily; other diets and foods will be used according to the instructions of dog owners. Inside and outside areas receive multiple washings each day. Up-to-date inoculations are required.
Obedience and other types of training are offered. While the kennel owner previously taught organized training classes for about 20 years, including training for AKC competition, training sessions are now only offered on a one-on-one basis by appointment.

CT - Philadelphia Crime Scene Cleanup
Philadelphia has always been home for us as the Crime Scene Clean Up Philadelphia Center for Events related to a Death. We all feel a certain connection to the city. With over 1.5 million people living in Philadelphia that we are happy to call are friends, family, and community members. When we founded our family owned business as Crime Scene Clean Up Philadelphia, it was done due to the overwhelming knowledge we had in the cleaning industry, and the outpouring of questions we would get from customers in the Philadelphia area who didn't know what to do or who to call to clean up blood from a death or accident. Stepping forward with solutions is something our family has been doing for generations, and that is exactly what we did in this case. Founding one of the most recognized brand name crime scene cleaning businesses in the State of Pennsylvania and in one of its greatest cities has enabled us to help give first hand solutions of troublesome problems related to blood clean up in Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs.
