Bill Hart's ...Hart New Homes and Consultancy, the Real Services Company activities include those services of a traditional custom homebuilder for individual clients, B2C and B2B homebuilder consultant, and a real estate and raw land to development analyst.
The Hart's have been activists in homebuilding and kindred industries for three generations. Bill worked his way through college selling precut DIY house packages for his uncle; earlier paint and sailboats for his lifetime mentor R.H.Fink. Following a tour with the military, he helped Inland Homes, a National Homes-type vertically integrated prefab lumber fabricator, mortgage company and franchiser of homebuilders, directly create nearly 1000 houses/yearly, in mini tracts and infill sites for five years in various metros in the Midwest US while rising to Division Manager level. Then he proceeded to serve a tour as Corporate Competitor Analyst, and doing sales promotion and trade shows, along with functioning as the National Sales Training Manager for KitchenAid-Hobart major appliance division.
Next came seven years working for The Marlin Company, Division of Marlin Firearms, in their North American Industrial Employee-Employer Motivation élite organization re-teaching people skills to top management people in Columbus and Cincinnati MSAs. Then a tour doing a condo conversion of a 100 unit high rise in Dayton MSA. that became Ohio's first condominium, and it became his next opportunity to sell himself out of a job.
So Bill then went on his own and became a homebuilder again and established his trade name Real Services Co in PA, with the purpose then of importing ultra high energy-efficient (R-2000) house packages...now commonly called 'green building', passive solar systems; then, this technology was only available via import, in cost-effective quality and quantity in a kit package format from a high tech group, Eastern Canada's Viceroy Homes Ltd.
A tour with The Meyers Group, now Meyers Research, found Bill also attended Cal-Riverside's SCA-BIA/NAHB courses and also their grad school to learn the fine points of real estate marketing analysis. Later, after preselling and supervising the completion more the 45 new homes in both Southern California's Inland Empire and later in Central PA, he then met with Canada's Nobord people. Subsequently Bill joined their Normerica timberframe company associate and lived and worked in the Toronto's TMA as Normerica U.S. Sales Manager.
