Burnt Cabins Grist Mill produces fine, all natural pancake mixes and flour products. We offer Self-Rising (SR) Buckwheat pancakes, SR Flannel Cake mix, SR Whole Wheat hotcakes, Old Fashioned Pancake & Waffle mix and SR Corncake pancake. We also offer stone ground Buckwheat flour, whole wheat flour, regular and roasted cornmeal.
All of our products are available at our retail store in the historic log cabin. Ye Olde Mill Store is open daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
MILL TOURS:
The mill is open for group tours by appointment only. Tours are $2 per person. Generally, we conduct tours from Memorial Day through Labor Day on Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. If you are planning on visiting the area, please contact us before you travel.
During the Fulton County Fall Folk Festival (3rd weekend in October) the mill is open for tours from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Enjoy pancakes and sausage and a flea market all weekend from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Please contact us for more information.
