Valley view farms is a 65 acre family run farm located in Lehigh Township, Northampton County Pa. We direct market grass-fed/finished beef,lamb and goat. We also have all natural pastured pork, chicken and turkeys, as well as fresh eggs from our pastured hens.
Our cattle, lamb, goats and hogs were selected by specific breeds to prosper well on our rotational grazing system. Our pastured poultry is also a key part of making the grazing plan work in harmony with nature as it was intended. Pastured grazing produces superior quality meats naturaly high in flavor, omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin E.
Pasture raised meats are tastier, more nutritious and enviromentaly responsible. Our family takes much pride in producing healthy foods from healthy animals...the old fashioned way.
