The Hart's have been activists in the homebuilding industry for three generations. In Piqua Ohio in the '70s, Bill established Real Services and later registered his trade name/dba,Real Services-ReserVco in PA, with the purpose of importing the ultra high energy-efficient (R-2000) ...now called 'green building' designs ...then only available in cost-effective quality and quantity in a pre cut 2x6 kit form from Eastern Canada's Viceroy Homes Ltd. Later in 1994 he became the U.S. Sales Manager for another Ontario based post and beam timberframe company, Normerica Building Systems.
So with more than thirty years experience in new residential construction, buildings fabrication, marketing and sale; he has been effective in serving hundreds of suppliers and manufacturers,land owners and developers, related residential construction trades and lenders in 20 states and two provinces#.
