About Us:

We are a family farm located in the NE corner of PA. On our farm we raise sheep that produce market lambs for the butcher lamb market. Many of our lambs are direct marketed in other words they are purchased live at our farm. We have 300 ewes in production. The ewes raise their own lambs and are rotationally grazed on grass and other natural forages on our farm. The sheep and cattle can usually be seen by visitors coming to the farm or Sprig 'n Twig Nursery.
On the farm we are also proud to offer a wonderful selection of vigorous northern grown nursery stock. All of our nursery stock is inspected by the Pennsylvania Dept. of Agriculture. Since you are buying directly from the farm you can expect great prices on our wide range of potted plants. In fruit trees we have apples, pears, cherries, peaches, plums, crabapples, fruiting mulberries. Nut tree varieties include walnut, chestnut, hazelnut, beechnut, hickory, heartnuts and butternuts. Don't forget easy to grow small fruits. We have currents red or black, jostaberry, raspberries, highbush cranberries, blackberries, elderberry, bush cherries, blueberries, lots of grapes, horseradish, rhubarb, northern bayberry & kiwi vines. we have thousands of perennials and can help you with a deer resistant garden. Perennials are grown here on the farm in our own compost. Most are in one gallon pots. They are $4.00 each pot but if you pick 10 or more mix and match they are only $3.50
Ornamental and shade trees in all sizes include willows, dogwoods, maples, sycamores ash, linden, tulip, redbud birch and cherries. Shrubs are also ready to take home!
In the fall and spring we dig (ball & burlap) evergreens; Colorado Blue Spruce, Firs, White Pines, Serbian & White Spruce and some spectacular Concolor Fir. We have 1000's in all sizes. The most popular is the 6-8' size landscape evergreen at $60.00 each but we have them much larger. A premium 16' Colorado Blue Spruce is the most expensive at $250.00 each. We allow customers to spade their own trees or we can do it. Delivery can be arranged.
We wholesale hand picked natural Pennsylvania field stone, blue stone or flag stone, stand-up irregular stone, cut pattern stone, custom stone cutting is available, mason stone, veneer stone, boulders and moss rock delivered by the ton. Check us out for Rail road ties and bridge timbers by the piece or the tractor trailer load! We sell timothy orchard grass hay by the square bale or round bale at the farm.
