This scenic setting is condusive to our interest in the educational and instructional aspects of farm life, especially with regard to health and envirionmental issues. All our livestock is humanely raised, free range and in the case of all ruminants, grass fed. Grass fed ruminants are NEVER fed "supplemental grain" and fed only organic hay when weather or season prohibits pasture grazing. We never use pesticides. herbicides, fungacides, antibiotics, steriods or chemicals of any kind. Our diverse interests provide a wide variety of meats and poultry with special emphasis on religious and ethnic diversity and needs. Heritage beef and pork, heritage chicken, capons, lamb, mutton, goat, rabbit, and our specialty, free range" "PINK VEAL", are some of what's offered.
