Beaver County Fruit & Vegetable Growers Association sponsor 3 OPEN-AIR FARMERS MARKET with 35 Beaver County growers who actively participate in the markets selling their own grown vegetables and fruit. We have great pride because what we sell is what we grow. Our motto, LOCAL GROWERS-SELLING FRESH began in 2003 to try to get across to the customers we grow what we sell. We have a large variety of fresh produce. Onions, lettuce, rhubarb, swiss chard, asparagus in the spring. Tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, egg plant, zuchinni, garlic, berries, leeks, beets, corn, peaches, plums, honey, apples, potatoes in the summer. Potatoes, winter squash, lettuce, cabbage, pumpkins, turnips, parsnips, greens, apples, dried flower arrangements, fresh pine arrangements, wreaths, swags, sprays weather permitting till the Saturday before Christmas.
