About Us:

LeRaysville Cheese Factory, which is located in LeRaysville, Pennsylvania, was built by a
group of Old Order Amish farmers back in 1978. We continue their tradition by hand making several different types of pasteurized whole milk Cheddars, as well as a Havartistyle cheese called Udder Delight and a Cherry Smoked Havarti called Smokey Delight. Our cheeses have won numerous
awards and ribbons. We have a very large mail order business and will ship anywhere in the USA.
