Primary operation is raising Hereford beef cattle. {polled} Some calves are sold, most are raised to "feeder age" when they are either fattened for later sale as home meat or as replacement in the herd. A few are sold at public cattle auction or to local beef growers.
All grains are grown on the home farm which are used for these cattle. Surplus hay is sold which is not used in the production of beef. Also wheat, corn, oats, speltz are raised for our use.
