Sleepy Creek Honey and Maple Syrup is a family operated business that specializes in crop pollination with Honey Bee's and sells honey products such as Honey, Comb Honey, Wax, and Bee Hives(April-June). We also produce and sell Maple Syrup, Maple Peanuts, Maple Candy, and Maple Sugar.
We practice organic methods as best as possible for the best care in our Honey Bee's health and for our Maple Syrup business, by using natural products for treatments of our Bee's and the safest equipment for tapping Maple trees.
We also sell dried Sun flowers for bird seed in the fall, sell fresh laid eggs, and breed and sell American Black and Tan coonhound's and English Coonhounds all from champion blood lines.
We are members of the North Western Pa Beekeepers Association, Pennsylvania State Beekeepers Association, and North Western Maple Syrup Producers Association.
We support locale groups such as 4-H, Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of America, Disabled Veterans, and Veterans of Foreign War.
This year on March 20th and 21st 2010 we will be partcipating in the Maple Taste & Tour. We will have many items available for sale, free samples and demonstrations. We would love to see you all come and experience what it is like to be a sugar maker.
