The winery features small batch handcrafted wines vinted on the premises from estate and locally grown grapes. The cocktail bar features 16 craft brews on tap plus a large variety of micro brewed beers, ciders and ales by the bottle. Premium Vodka, Brandy and Liquors. The restaurant wine list features wines from around the world and wines from other surrounding wineries. Mamma D's restaurant menu includes authentic Italian style foods such as
Fried Smelts and Calamari, Osso Buco, Lamb Shank, Handcut Pasta,
Broccoli Rabe, Steaks and Chops, Italian Seafood Dishes, Jumbo Lobster Tails and a variety of veal and chicken dishes.
