Our own fresh dressed turkeys available for the Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons. Turkeys are fed a corn and soybean meal based diet with little extra added fat. All antibiotics are removed from the feed two weeks prior to slaughter to assure the customer that no residue will be in the meat. Business hours are the two days prior to those holidays only.
We also provide full service catering for picnics, parties,wedding receptions,business functions or private events.
Our specialty is charcoal roasted meats, including
pigs, beef, turkey and chicken. Side dishes are all made with our own recipes in our approved kitchen. Box lunches and luncheon menus are also available.
A fleet of portable charcoal roasters is available for on site cooking of whole pigs, chickens, beef or lamb. Roasters can be rented and instructions are included with the rental.
