Buffalo meat is naturally healthy with very low fat and high protein content. It has no gamey flavor and can be substituted for beef in almost any recipe. Our staff is knowledgeable and very helpful with cooking tips and serving suggestions.
We carry steaks, roasts and burger in both buffalo and prime beef. Also available are buffalo snack sticks, jerky, salami, sausage, and keilbasa.
In addition to our meat lines, we have unique buffalo gift items, buffalo hides and horns.
Homemade ice cream, local honey and maple syrup round out our product lines.
During warm weather days, our buffalo can be viewed grazing behind the store. It is a special treat when you spot our White Buffalo - the only one east of the Mississippi. Seasonally, we also have baby farm animals for your family to enjoy.
We also sell Mahoning Outdoor Furnaces used to heat homes/buildings with wood, coal, or oil.
