About Us:
We are a third generation small family farm located on approximately 400 acres just south of Lake Erie in Edinboro, Pa.
All of our Piedmontese Beef cattle are bred, born and raised here on our farm in Edinboro, PA. We raise 100% grass fed and grass finished beef (never fed grain, only pasture and orchard grass hay). Piedmontese are an Italian breed of cattle with a unique gene that provides beef that is lower in fat than skinless breast of chicken, high in Omega 3 EFA, extreemly tender and flavorful, and free of antibiotics, hormones, pesticides and herbicides. Cattle graze freely in pastures all over our farm and are never confined to a feed lot or closed barn.
Processed humanely at a local USDA butcher. Dry Aged 14-21 days. Restaurant quality. It is available for purchase as frozen, vacuum sealed individual cuts, or by the quarter, half and whole. We also have packages in 25#,50# & 75# assortments. Please see our website for more detailed information.
In addition, we have available for sale, pesticide and herbicide free, orchard grass hay. Nationwide delivery is available. Bales are 500# rectangles.
We are on the corner of Perry lane and RT 99, you can drive by the farm anytime to see the cattle and alpacas quietly grazing. Spring calves are always a joy to watch! Or, we also enjoy visitors by appointment, please call first so that we can be around.
