About Us:
Steam Valley Mountain Fiber Farm raises Jacob Sheep, Colored Angora Goats and Nubain Goats. We have approximately 75 head of grazing animals in the summer. We wash and dye our fleeces and process them into roving for spinners. In addition to marketing fleece and livestock, we sell hand-dyed yarn, spinning wheels, looms, books, dyes, spindles, felting supplies & grassfed lamb. Workshops on spinning and dyeing wool are held at the farm. Our livestock is raised using sustainable farming practices.
