About Us:
Our cheeses are made by Amishmen. We have a very small factory with only 3 full-time employees. Our milk comes from local farmers. We have a very large mail order business and will ship anywhere in the USA. Jim Amory, the owner will be happy to
give tours and you just have to call and set up a time. We specialize in raw-milk cheddars and have won numerous awards and ribbons for our Pennsylvania Jack and Cajun Cheddar cheeses. Come visit in the heart of the beautiful Endless Mountains!
