Posey's Landscapes and Garden Maintenance
Posey's Landscapes specializes in, small and large, commercial and residential properties.
Some "annuals and tropicals" have made it through the winter making a fast comeback. This includes weeds! With all of this weather information, and "global warming" information that we've been talking about, who knows what this season is going to bring us. Let's hope it's going to be a mild temperature, low humidity, and "rain when we want it" season!
Spring is here and in full bloom. The economy has been looking up and people are starting to make calls to their favorite landscapers and supply companies for help, and materials to follow through with their plans from a mild winter.
Even though the economy is good, we understand that it's expensive to landscape, and maintain a landscape. PLGM offers a wide variety of services to help you out while staying within a budget.
I am located in the York, PA area just south of Red Lion about 7 miles.
Give a call to set-up an appointment, or any questions. We have weekly, monthly and yearly garden maintenance spots available for spring, summer, fall and winter.

Agraco Technologies International LLC
AgraCo Technologies International LLC traces its roots to Agway, Inc., a multi-billion dollar agricultural cooperative founded in 1964, and headquartered in Syracuse, New York. Stretching from Maine to Maryland, Agway, through many small companies, existed to support the numerous small farms of the Northeastern United States with agricultural products, new agricultural technologies, and a multi-state produce distribution system. Faced with a decline in membership from the aggregation or elimination of many small farms, Agway liquidated the assets of a number of its holdings, including those of CPG Technologies (CPG). In late 2000, David Webster, the former President and CEO of CPG, was offered the opportunity to purchase CPG's ethylene removal line of business, which included Extend-a-Life TM filters and Produce & Floral Saver TM sachets.
The Company's initial mission was not only to sell ethylene removal products, but to identify and market a wide range of unique agricultural technologies. One of the company's central tenets continues to be the firm belief that the US scientific community is continually inventing many new products which all too quickly become "orphans". Without entrepreneurial support, these valuable, and many times, elegantly simple products, never reach market. This then has been one of the primary elements of the original AgraCo business plan - to establish a US and an international customer base, and to supply these customers with products that are environmentally friendly, simple to use, and effective. These products include those generally employed in the US and international agricultural business sector, but which also might have significant consumer applications.
Since 2004, Mr. Kenneth Potter, a former food company CEO, and one of the company's initial investors, has taken a more active, product development and sales role in the Company. This effort, in addition to his involvement with sales and marketing of new lines of products, including a farm soil supplement called NitroMaxTM, an all-natural Mosquito Patch, and the Non-Toxic Mosquito Patch, have greatly improved the Company's competitive position.
Following the execution of a programmed and comprehensive sales plan for the Navy, the Company will introduce its products to the food service operations (domestic and expeditionary) of the remaining Armed Forces customers, US Military Sealift Command, US Army, US Air Force, US Marine Corps, and US Coast Guard.

Burkholder's Ever-Green Farm, Inc.
Visit us in beautiful northern Lancaster County for our own asparagus, red raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, gooseberries, and other luscious seasonal produce. We also grow and sell fresh and dried lavender and herbs, and related gifts. Also don't miss our large selection of antiques and vintage items in our shop. Owners Dan and Margi Burkholder have both taught school and grown berries and other produce since the late 1970’s. Over the decades, our business changed from retail, pick-your-own, and wholesale, to just wholesale. Now with retirement from teaching, we’re reentering the retail farm business with a new spacious building for our produce market and antique shop. We grow hundreds of lilies and other perennials and invite you to enjoy our gardens and antique farm equipment displays. We also board horses with eight stalls and three spacious pastures. Tammie Stark of Stockwell Stables manages the horses and specializes in thoroughbred race horses, lay-ups, and sales prep. Pleasure and retired horses welcome. Availability varies.
Our business name honors our farm's listings in local history books as "The Evergreen Farm". We do not sell evergreens, but hope to keep this property "Ever-Green". Our beautiful location has been in agriculture since the late 1700's and in the Burkholder family since 1924. Dan and Margi purchased the main farm homestead in 2002. Our motto, "Preserving History, Conserving the Land" reflects our commitment to bio-friendly practices, such as generating solar electricity, using geo-thermal heating and cooling, maintaining our creek frontage in the CREP program, and using as many organic practices as feasible. We have been working to preserve and restore our historic buildings. Our large antique shop is open and filled with local and Pennsylvania historical items and unique gifts. Inventory ranges from primitive farm to Victorian to vintage; wooden ware, tools, stoneware, graniteware, bottles, fine glass and china, artwork, paper ephemera, furniture, and much more. Price ranges to suit all. Open as indicated by listed hours. Winter hours by chance or appointment.
